Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Vayro app and its services. By using Vayro, you agree to them. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Vayro is a trip planner, operated by Jonh Alex, an independent developer ("we"). It suggests itineraries, stays, transport, experiences and budgets, and keeps your trips, bookings and documents together. Vayro is free and has no in-app purchases or ads.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country to use online services without parental consent. You are responsible for activity on your device and account.
3. Plans are suggestions
Plans are produced with AI and real data sources and can contain mistakes or become outdated. Before you travel, check opening hours, schedules, entry and visa rules, health requirements and safety advice with official sources. You decide what to do; Vayro doesn't replace your judgment.
4. Prices
A quote shows the price found at a named source at the time shown; an estimate is calculated and says how. Prices, availability and conditions can change at any time. The price that counts is the one the seller shows when you book.
5. Bookings
Vayro doesn't sell travel, isn't a travel agency and isn't a party to your bookings. Contracts are between you and the airline, hotel or provider, under their terms. Links to other apps and websites (maps, ride apps, providers) are for convenience; we are not responsible for them.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you add (trips, notes, bookings, documents). You allow us to store and process it only to provide Vayro to you. Only import documents you are entitled to use.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Vayro: no attempts to break its security, overload it, access other people's data, scrape it, or use it for illegal purposes. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service and other users.
8. Changes and availability
We improve Vayro over time and may change or end features. We work to keep it available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Data sources and providers may be unavailable in some places.
9. Ending
You can stop using Vayro and delete your account at any time in Profile > Manage account > Delete account. We may close accounts that seriously break these terms, and will tell you why when the law allows.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Vayro is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions, bookings or travel arrangements you make with third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
