When reporting a problem, please include your iPhone model, iOS version, the Vayro version (shown in Profile > Help) and, if you can, a screenshot. Never send passwords or full document numbers by email.
Common questions
How does Vayro plan a trip?
You choose a destination, dates and who's going. Our planner researches real sources (places, routes, weather, exchange rates and, where available, flight and stay offers) and returns a structured plan: itinerary by day, stay, getting around, experiences and budget. AI chooses, orders and words; facts come from the sources.
Are the prices real?
Each price is labeled. A quote was copied from a named source at the time shown and can change. An estimate is calculated and says how. Anything unknown is shown as "to confirm". Always check the final price with the seller before you book.
Can I book in Vayro?
No. Vayro doesn't sell bookings and isn't a travel agency. You book directly with the airline, hotel or provider you choose, then add the confirmation to your trip to keep everything together.
Where are my documents and tickets kept?
Files you import are stored encrypted, visible only to you, and also kept on your iPhone for offline use. See the Privacy Policy.
Does Vayro track my location?
No. Precise location stays on your iPhone. When a feature needs your area, the app sends coordinates rounded to about 1 km, which are not stored in your account. You can turn location off in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Vayro.
How do I change the language or currency?
Vayro follows your iPhone's language and region. Change them in Settings > General > Language & Region, or Vayro's language in Settings > Vayro > Language.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile > Manage account > Delete account, then confirm. Your account, preferences, trips, bookings, documents and tickets are deleted, and Sign in with Apple is revoked for Vayro. This can't be undone. If you can't open the app, email us from the address linked to your Apple Account and we'll do it for you.
